Terms of service

Welcome to CHKNA. These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from our store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Use of our website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit false or misleading information.

Products and pricing
We aim to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen. Prices and product availability may change without notice, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.

Orders and payment
Please provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact details when placing an order. Payment must be completed using an available payment method at checkout.

We may decline or cancel an order due to unavailable stock, suspected fraud, or an error in the listing. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid. If a correction changes your order total, we will seek your agreement before proceeding.

Shipping and delivery
Shipping charges, processing times, and delivery information are covered in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur. This does not affect your rights under applicable law.

Returns and refunds
Please review our Return and Refund Policy for return conditions, instructions, and refund information.

Personal information
Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Website content
Content owned by CHKNA, including our logo, text, and original images, may not be copied or used commercially without our permission.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on our website. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that purchase.

Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
